So i was working on my homework jsut now and I heard by cat coughing and wheezing so i rushed to him and tried to calm him down, he's fine now but i can hear the phlegm in his throat, and he's trying to puke it out. I tried googling this but i never received a concrete explanation, would I need to take him to the vet for this? My city is currently in heavy lockdown right now and im not sure if there are any vets within the nearest 10km of my area. My cat has a history with snoring and is a slight bit overweight and I;n really worried.
