Added NSFW just as video might be upsetting to some
My friend adopted this sweet girl and maybe a little less than two weeks after she started showing signs of distemper. After 5 days in the hospital the vet sent her home with medications. Over the last two weeks she has started to have trouble with breathing as seen in the video and increasingly is accompanied with this whining. It seems to be worse at night- he spoke with the vet and there are now talks of letting her go on the table. I also am aware there is no cure, I am just curious if perhaps over some time it became more manageable and the doggie was able to get their spark back regardless of the neuro issues such a the twitching and drooling.
I am just curious if any of you have gone through severe distemper, experienced these types of symptoms? Any input would be very helpful and appreciated.
