Hello I've gotten 6 weeks ago your usual Amazon flower fountain for pets. And it seems working fine. I change the water and clean the fountain once a week with dishsoap. I've changed the carbon filter 2 weeks ago and when I opened to clean it I found this red deposit. There's nothing slimy or weird, just the unusual color of the deposit. What's it due from ? Should I worry about something ?
I have 2 cats using the fountain... should I change the water more/less frequently ?
