Long story short, about two weeks ago a family friend gave us two bonded kittens, one 14 weeks and one 12 weeks at the time. Both girls. This was a pleasant surprise, I had planned to adopt an adult cat but I wasn’t going to say no to a pair of kits looking for a new home.
Unfortunately, the younger one came with an eye infection where the glands have swelled up and covered the eye. I can’t take out the relevant pet insurance as it’s a preexisting condition and I need her seen ASAP but the single vet visit we’ve had pretty much cost all the money I have left. The medicine given has nearly run out.
What can I do now?
