I got a new kitten recently. She’s very sweet and affectionate, but has a lot of energy. Unfortunately during the day, and often at night, I have to leave her in our spare bedroom. We have two big dogs who we’re trying to introduce to each other still, so I can’t leave her alone with them while i’m working. She literally does not stop crying while she’s in there. It’s driving me absolutely crazy. Even if I let her out of her room, if i don’t pay attention to her for long enough she’ll cry. Sometimes I let her walk around the basement if we have the baby gate on the stairs for the dogs. If I go upstairs to the kitchen, she’ll yell until i come back. How do i solve this? what is the problem?
tl;dr: My cat yells if i’m not in the same room as her, it’s driving me crazy
