I recently moved into an old craftsman home with 2 cats and a dog. Recently one of my cats keeps staying around me and meowing and any time I get up he leads me to the bathroom and jumps on the counter. If the upstairs bathroom is closed he will run all the way down the stairs and lead me to that bathroom
At first I thought he wanted me to run the tap so he could play with/drink the water but he didn’t really care about it. I thought he wanted attention so I would pet him and stay with him awhile and still he would just walk around the counter.
His food and water are full and cat box is clean so I don’t understand why he keeps leading me into the bathrooms. Anyone have an idea of why this may be happening?
