Fruit Flies every where from my Guinea pigs

I went on a two week vacation. I have 6 guinea pigs in a huge floor cage. I clean every two days. Never had this issue not once. I hired a pet pal service in my area to twice daily feed, water and clean the cage. I bought huge bags of everything and left in the middle of the floor and pre bagged fresh fruits and veggies. The pet pal never cleaned the cage except for the day before I came home. My house smells aweful. I have millions of tiny fruit flies all over the piggies room and in my house. I have been insanely cleaning all day. I cant get ride of the flies...ive tried fly paper..I cant spray bug spray around the piggies. How do I get ride of these flies..I refused to pay the end balance and the company is having a fit. I called the owner and she said " It happens" NOOO WAY it never has happened in two years Ive owned them..do I call my bank and get the $346. I paid up front back? I still owe $240
