Me and my wife had one cat. We’ve had her for the longest time and decided to get her a friend while we’re both away at work. So, we decided to adopt a baby kitten.They grew up together and got along just fine. They always played with each other and would love each other’s company. After about two years of living together they got in a big fight all of a sudden like street cats would. The older cat became very territorial and would always hiss and growl at her and made sure the younger cat is always in the kitchen. The older cat can’t stand having her around anymore! I don’t understand, they would always get into small fight with each other, which the younger cat would always start and they would be just fine. Now all of a sudden after just one fight they can’t be near each other anymore. They used to be so close and best friends for the longest time. It’s frustrating to see them like this. Any suggestions how to fix this behavior between them ? ( both the younger and older cat are females)
