Hi all!
My cat, male, 2 years old, is my best friend and I really want to take him with me on this three-month trip. I got his papers ready and everything, but he is a very anxious cat. Like he would not stop meowing when I put him in the carrier when I take him with me by car. I could survive one or two trips with him but because I am going to a foreign country where I will possibly move, I was thinking it would be a bit too stressful for both of us ( and my partner) to take him along with us. I could leave him somewhere for three months then when I know exactly where I will be staying I can return and take him with me. I will probably move at least three times between three different cities + I will make two flights, so he will be at least traveling for 5 times during those three months and possibly even 10 times as I might move every two weeks as I am trying to figure out which city to relocate to.
I really need some advice on what to do, if there is any way I could teach him to be less anxious and more comfortable with trips or if he is too old for that...
Or should I leave him with a friend or family member during those three months?
