My dog max (German Shepard/English mastiff) will chew on the scruff of my cats neck, the cats love it and the dog doesn’t do any harm to them, I would always pet them and wonder why their necks were wet until I saw what he was doing, I don’t stop it because none of the cats are bothered by it, I was hoping someone could tell me if it was like a bonding thing
