Cat slayed a year ago, still acts like she’s in heat and very aggressive

I have a 2 year old kitty. She has an older sister who is the sweetest girl ever. They get along okay for the most part but she is very aggressive with her sometimes like randomly biting her near her tail or chasing her around, tackling her. I have an apartment I’ve been staying in for a little over a year. I feel like her aggressiveness started to escalate once we moved.

Today when I picked her up to bring her out of my room she hissed and smacked me really hard in the head. Sometimes I take her to my parents house when I stay over (without her sister since she hates cat rides and outside) and she’s very loving and sweet. Hardly any issues at the previous house.

I got her fixed when she was about 4 months old but I don’t think they did it right. She will go in random rooms and cry and yowl, like she’s calling out to mate. I have also had a problem with her running out the door whenever we open it. She is very territorial. I know that a cat actually still being in heat after they are spayed is rare but I don’t know what else could be causing these issues with her besides the new apartment.

If you all have any advice please let me know
