Hoping this is the right place to ask questions! Our kitty Tabitha just got home from the vet today and she has been in good spirits even though she has enlarged lymph nodes (they did a test on her at the vet for fiv/leukemia and she was negative but we couldn’t afford more testing) but goddaaamn she smells like shit! It’s coming from her fur and definitely seems to be coming more from around her entire tail- I’ve been using pet wipes on her trying to get the smell off but it’s not budging and I can’t bathe her since she has just been spayed yesterday! I’m guessing it was an anal gland incident considering how hard it is to remove the smell and how she doesn’t seem to have any visible dingleberries or anything but jeeez it’s yucky! Especially when she waves her tail in my face it’s just so offensive! Gonna keep workin’ at it with pet wipes, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
