Hi, Brioche has been throwing up yesterday (Tuesday) . When I woke up in the morning on Tuesday, I saw 4 piles of dry food leftover/ kibbles thrown up on the floor. As the day went on she proceeded to throw up white foam and liquid, for about 4, 5 times. I fed her some fine tuna paste (Churru), and she threw that up as well. The last time she threw up white foam and liquid on Tuesday was around 6:30PM. We got her seen at the ER at midnight last night. See X-rays here: https://www.idexximagebank.com/emailView?emailToken=6291a03d-27ea-433a-89e2-2be3448fc061. The doctor gave her a shot of the anti-nausea medication and told me she was not supposed to throw up in 24 hours. We got home at around 2:30/3 am last night, and she threw up white foam and liquid again at around then, then once again at around 5,6 in the morning today. She hasn’t thrown up since. But just now she peed a huge puddle outside of the litterbox, which she has never done before. She has been sleepy, drowsy, not eating all day. She had some water after we got home last night and likes to sit by the water bowl. She isn’t eating, I fed her some churru tuna paste again and she didn’t throw it up this time. She’s about 1 year and 4 months old, long hair spayed orange tabby. I also have another cat who got adopted with her at the same time, they are almost identical. Update Thursday (today): she’s still not eating or drinking, and because of the vet visit, her sister is hissing at her. I tried the towel trick and they are still not feeling each other. I made another vet visit today at 1pm, but I don’t know if the same treatment will happen again, or she’s just gonna come home even more stressed. Both of my cats are very shy and don’t like strangers so I’m hesitant to go, but also scared to not get her checked out again since she’s still not well. Any tips and suggestions would be helpful, thanks.
