it’s currently 5 am and my 7 month old kitten has been ramming his head into the wall for the past half hour. he’s breathing really fast and his nose and mouth are dripping profusely. i know this action is called head pressing and that he needs to go to the vet asap but they’re all closed right now.
the vet i take him to opens at 8 am, and the only emergency vet in my area opens at 10am. i have no idea what to do until then. how can i comfort him? or atleast get him to stop before he hurts himself? i’m so scared and can’t stop crying. the more i read about it, the worse the prognosis sounds. please help.
