Hi guys. So today, I found a lost black cat in front of my house. It looks taken care of, well behaved, and all in all pretty calm. I called the people on the cat’s tag, but they’re being really lazy with picking it up. It’s been over an hour since they said they would come but they haven’t showed up yet. There are people in my family that are deathly scared of animals, and I myself am allergic to pet dander. I don’t know what to do. I can’t keep this cat, but I can’t throw it out either. Plus, today is my mom’s birthday and we’re supposed to have a small party, but she won’t even come out because she’s so scared of the cat. What should I do?
