For context, I had adopted my cat two years ago and was living with her in my studio apartment. As I had a gap semester I brought her to my mom’s house and she has been living there ever since. I wanted to take her back to my apartment so she could live with me but my mom stresses that she wouldn’t want to live in such a small apartment now that she’s used to the bigger house. Would the best choice for our cat to just leave her at my mom’s house for the time being?
