Long ago, we got a kissing gourami and put it in a tank with our other fish and another kissing gourami. Then a year later, he killed EVERY FISH IN THE TANK, and took up all the space. Earlier this year, we got some goldfish and put a barrier between the fishes, and the kissing gourami's stomach area turned completely red, and we thought it was stress, so we got another tank and put him in it. Now, he seems lonely and scared of everything, so I wanted to know if I can get it a friend/mate.
