My family just got a new kitten. My kids and my wife have named her Dinglehopper. I've secretly been calling her Harlow instead. Do you have any secret names you use for your pet?

My other cats have all had names related to small devices. Gizmo, Gadget, and Widget. And while I respect the new name being a little device name (What they called a fork in the Little Mermaid) I'm not to crazy about what a big mouthful this new name is. The rest of the family is already using several shorter nicknames such as Ding or Hopper, so this cat has so many names I doubt she will ever figure out which one is her name. Do you call your pet by a different name than the official name?
