My cat is always sick! Please help

Hi guys, I need your help with this one. I adopted a stray cat she was around 2 months old when I adopted her she is around 8-9 months now. I regularly go to vet we got all her vaccines done. I feed her best of my ability and we continously try to eliminate stress factors the issue is: my cat always has flu. The cycle is: she gets a runny nose and start sneezing, (few times she got coughs after all these symptoms) we go to vet, the vet either gives us antibiotic meds or an antibiotic shot along with lysine supplements. She fully recovers and gets sick again. This happens almost every or every other month! I'm so sad and frustrated. I can't even get happy when she recovers cause I know she will get sick again. Unfortunately the vets are not great in my country however this vet is number one in my area. I continuously talk to our vet about what can be done but it seems like he has no other advice since I've tried everything he said. I asked him last time: do other cats get sick this regularly and he said no I have no other patient that gets sick this often. We did blood test and it came back absolutely normal. Now my cat is sick again I texted the vet and he offered me to use nebulizator I said she's not coughing just has a flu can nebulizator be used for a cat who's sneezing? And he said yes. I have no idea what else to do. I need advice guys. I know she probably has some kind of virus in her system and it could result in flare ups but we literally do everything in home to prevent that how could she get sick this often? Did you heard of a case like that and what did they do? Please let me know.

(She is a fully indoor cat but once she sneaked away when we opened the door and fight with a stray I regularly fed in the garden. It only took 20 seconds until I ran and separated them. She had this sickness before so I don't think that was the issue.)

Addition: I've used -and still using- pills to help ummunsystem (even though her blood tests came out normal) and also still on lysine supplement. We also considered allergies and changed everything that could be causing allergy but it doesn't seem like allergy neither to the vet nor to me.
