Rehoming an indoor cat?

I have two cats. Bella and Casper. I've had them for 7 years. Bella was first and Casper came a year later. She tolerated him at first, and eventually they became friends. Then I had Casper neutered and she became horribly violent and aggressive with him. 3 years later and she's still aggressive with him. She pulls out clumps of his fur, he's always covered in scratches, cuts and scabs, she's absolutely horrible to him. I feel terrible for him because he's timid and anxious all the time. It's not fair on him. She definitely needs to live in a home where she's the only cat.

So she's got to go. I've asked friends and family and no one I know will take her in so I suppose the next step would be a shelter? I'm in the UK so I'm not even sure if they're open to take cats in at the moment. I only live in a small flat so it's not like I can just separate them, we all live on top of each other.

I think this is more of a rant than anything, I got up this morning to Casper's head bleeding from a wound she did to him a while ago that had started healing. It's the last straw. I don't know what to do!!

What's the best thing for me to do with her?
