My first cat has been alone his entire life (he’s just recently turned 1). He was the runt of the litter and doesn’t really have an aggressive bone in his body. He is also neutered
I just recently adopted a second cat around the same age as my first cat who was not neutered at the time of adoption (he was around 10 months when I adopted him). We soon had him neutered after adoption, but it hasn’t solved the aggression
The second cat attacks the first cat every time they see each other. Right now they’re in separate rooms getting dedicated time with me and my gf. One time the 2nd cat got out of his room and beat the other cat up so bad he pooped all over the room and his undercoat. It has been over a month since we neutered the second cat and nothing has changed. We have tried everything and nothing seems to help. Feliway, pheromone collars, plug-ins, etc.
Does anyone have any tips, please help. We really don’t want to re-home the second cat but we can’t keep having our first cat getting traumatized and attacked
