I am adopting a 7month ish male kitten here soon. Spent a lot of time trying to research ways to make my kitten the most comfortable in a new space. One of the biggest areas I found for stress was the litter box. I have read so many amazing reviews on the litter robot. But with a new kitten and the steep price I’m hesitant. I am looking for something that will benefit the new kitten by reducing issues such as peeing outside the box, UTI’s and other bathroom problems. The litter robot seems like a good idea because fresh litter each time but I worry about the reviews saying that the cats refuse to use the litter robot. Should I try to start my kitten on the litter robot or should I get him used to using a regular litter box and transition to a litter box when he is a bit older? Any and all advice is appreciated!!
