Hi, I am scared of dog in general and let say I don't know anything about dogs.My neighbour has a German Shepherd and everytime I park my car close to the fence . ( it basically put it head out of a hole in the fence and looks at me whimpes ..the face is so sad and I feel as if it is crying... more I went away from it more it.made.the sound .) Even me who is scared of dogs felt something is not right.. I have never seen that dog outside or my neighbours taking it out for a walk and they have very small garden..) ..God knows what is happening behind the fence... I don't know why I am so disturbed... Do dogs make whimpering sound only when they mistreated? Also tbh ..I am basically stranger to the dog as we and neighbours keep to ourselves why is it making that sound to me ?...it been doing this for while.
