Cat aggression when being told of for misbehaviour

My cat has a tendency to jump on the kitchen table especially when eating. Usually I would just clap or snap my fingers and she'd get of but lately she's been refusing to leave. I'm eating and she jumps on the table I clap my fingers and she stays swishing her tail as if she's pist so I make another sound nothing. I try to get my hands to the back of her neck so I can lift her up but she's refuses to let me near the area (she threatens me with her clawed paws) and even makes a weird aggressive noise at me whilst her ears are back. I presume to get my phone next to me and she just attacks my hand before running of. Her refusing to get off and acting out when being told of is happening more frequently. I am not sure why since she's also been much more affectionate and cuddly however she barely wants to go outside(due to cold weather). What should I do to get her off tables when she's in such a naughty mood/ any ideas on why she's doing this
