I am about to adopt an adult cat who will be an only cat. And specifically asking for one that does not tolerate other cats well so it does not feel deprived. My question is this, do cats prefer one tree and one spot or should I buy many right off the bat? There are three paces I would like to place one for looking out windows and where I spend my time in the house but if two of the trees will be neglected because cats tend to stick to one relaxing place then maybe I wont go big right out of the gate. Two would be on one floor of the home and one in the office / finished basement. any opinions?
