Hi, I'm a high-schooler taking multiple advanced courses, which means I'm often (always) staying up past midnight. It's not just the work, I am also a terrible procrastinator. My parents are ICU nurses, and my brother is in college. Altogether, we pretty much always have someone awake doing something or coming home at 3 in the morning or me working on homework until school starts.
However, since my dog is cool like that, he often chills near me on the ground while I'm working, or he is in the kitchen waiting for my parents to come home. He probably sleeps during the day, but I couldn't give you even a close estimate of how many hours of sleep he gets.
He's a 10-year-old overweight Labradoodle, but he's been losing weight lately due to constant walks. The problem is that he is going on these walks more often but the family still stays awake very late, so I'm worried we're stressing his older body.
Any info or tips you could offer me would be great, thanks.
