5 year old dog, I walk her during the morning and afternoon around 2 blocks (almost always the same). Sometimes I take her near the river (by car or walking)(lately by car more than walking lately).
Last week when I was walking her there was a dog from the neighborhood she does not like so I simply swapped sidewalks and said I am taking another path but when we reached the corner she did not want to go that way. Like sitting on the spot. I found this weird and went back and decided to take another path, she also did not like the path I took, and only when I made it to the path we usually take or the same path but back she relaxed.
What could be the source of this problem? Any suggestions?
