Dog seems very lethargic

Hey guys - my 2 year old Jack Russell mix Pete has been having an interesting day, and I need some advice/reassurance.

This morning we woke up, he ate breakfast, and everything was fine. Then about an hour or two later, he threw up his food, but seemed to be fine afterwards (running around, playing, etc.)

My girlfriend took our other dog out to run some errands in the afternoon, and Pete stayed home with me. He doesn’t like when our other dog leaves the house without him, so he was whining the whole time, and to console him I gave him a Busy Bone, which he finished in about an hour.

My girlfriend came back and we hung out on the couch and all took a nap, then I fed the dogs dinner, but Pete wouldn’t eat. I figured he must still be full from the Busy Bone, since it’s pretty big and he’s relatively small.

My girlfriend had a family emergency and had to leave the house and go to the hospital, so I took the dogs in our home office and started working.

Pete keeps coming up to me and wanting to jump in my lap, and when I pull him into my lap he’ll curl up and sleep or he’ll just sit, but have a hard time keeping his eyes open.

Should I be worried, or do you think he’s just had a somewhat stressful day and he’s exhausted? His breathing is fine, he hasn’t swallowed something he shouldn’t have (the only toys we have in the house are Nylabones, so they’re very durable)
