How Long To Let Cat Work Out Constipation On Her Own Before Panicking?

Does anybody have any experience with this? My cat's been sick (UTI+late stage kidney), was on antibiotics, stopped drinking and eating and pooping, got put on subQ fluids, is doing a lot better and eating again, but hasn't pooped in three days and is now walking around non-stop all scrunched up and kinda dragging her butt. I know the obvious answer is to take her to the vet, but this will be the third time she's been dragged there in two weeks, so I've emailed for an answer and they're not responding. I think the vet in charge of her case is off for the weekend.

The official question I guess I'm asking is, can she get over constipation on her own (ideally with the new subQ fluids) or does she need to go in NOW or she's going to die? What are some signs I could look for to make that decision? I'm getting as much liquid into her as possible and some fish oil.
