The complete joy and light of my life is my dog Macadamia (Mac for short). I love her to death and she is kind and cuddly and sweet and well behaved. The only issue I have with her is she tends to stink to high heaven. She doesn't roll in anything or eat anything suspicious, but according to my vet it's a skin condition that doesn't cause her any pain, but just makes her smell. The vet gave me a medicated wash that I use when I bathe her once every two weeks and it definitely helps, but if I am not absolutely religious about it she stinks again. Y'all she hates bathing so much, i can't bathe her more than 2x a month because it breaks my heart each time.
The problem is, not only does she stink but she makes everything else stink (blankets, sheets, dog bed, pillows, my clothing if i cuddle her too long) and I have NO idea what to do to avoid it, except bathe her every day which is just not realistic. Does anyone have a similar problem or known any cleaning products that will eliminate the smell when I put them through the wash?
TL;DR: My doggo stinks all the time and I need help getting the smell out of my fabric and a way to make her stink less.
