Is this normal? Cat made squeaky sounds when chocking.

So I neutered my male kitty on the 9th of February (about 10 days ago). When we got him from the vet they told us he could vomit after eating food. But that day almost passed without him eating or drinking, so I gave him some soft wet food. He ate but immediately afterwards, he was chocking while making a sound similar to a squeaky toy, and then proceeded to vomit.

Anyways, since that day everything resumed to normal, he's been acting the same as always, thankfully.

Except yesterday, he was eating and idk I guess he ate too fast or something, but he started chocking and made the exact squeaky sound again. Both times were really really loud and sounded painful, he made this really disturbed face during the situation. Maybe his diaphragm is not normal? Have any cat people here ever experienced this?

What causes that sound?

I'm gonna ask the veta but I also wanted to hear opinions here because they tend to dismiss my concerns.
