Today my cat was diagnosed with chronic kidney failure. My 16 yrs old cat. Which my mom gave me when my dad left us when I was 4. We grew old together, and I’m not really sure what I’m looking for here. Comfort words? Maybe someone who went/is going through the same situation, idk. This may sound crazy but I sat down with him to tell him what’s going on, and told him he has to eat his new food, and he’ll be fine bc I’m gonna do my best in order for him to feel better while we can, but he has to do his part too and eat well and stuff Idk
