Hi all!
My little boy has always been potty trained indoor as we live in a condo. We always leave his potty pad on the floor near the kitchen since that's the only spot we could come up with at the time.
It recently occurred to me that we could put the potty pad in the walk-in shower stall that we never use! A few benefits that I am already seeing:
- it is tucked away and out of our kitchen where we EAT. So that's amazing
- the bathroom fan is always on so the potty smell doesn't really linger
- it forces my boy to walk into the shower so if he pees on the edge of the pad, clean up is so much easier!
It's been a few days since I tried this. Even though it's been great, I'm starting to wonder if the urine will wear out the shower.. it's a plastic one.
Has anyone tried doing this to their indoor babies? Any thoughts?
