I moved to a new apartment and ever since my dog has been here she won’t go pee on her potty pads like she use to. She’ll poop or pee on the side of it! At the old house she would always let you know when she needed to go potty or if I wasn’t with her at the time she would always go on a potty pad. This is driving me and my roommate insane. When I take her outside she will only pee a tiny bit and then come inside and pee on the carpet NEXT to the pad. Help please?!?
