We have an old memory foam mattress we want to turn into a dog bed. Any suggestions for a durable cover?

I am probably searching the wrong terms but nothing is popping up for empty dog beds, dog bed covers/ cases/ etc.

Any suggestions short of going to a local shop for a custom made thing?

I also don’t want to buy a bed and remove the stuffing b/c that kinda defeats the purpose of recycling. But it has crossed my mind......
