Advice for covering up the pee smell on a dog who dribbles on himself?

Hello! My 10 year old male bulldog used to have bladder stones maybe 4 years ago. As a result, he still dribbles urine from time to time. Lately, it seems to happen almost every time he sleeps, and he also likes to sleep on his side, so he ends up dripping on his thigh and it accumulates and he smells like pee until his next bath. We've asked a few different vets what the problem might be or if there's any solution, and we've basically gotten "this is your life now" as a result.

We can't bath him super often because it dries his skin out, and we have diapers, but he's become an expert at taking them off (especially overnight while we're sleeping, or when we're away at work, which is when he sleep-drips).

I'm mostly looking for a way to cover up the smell between baths (every waterless shampoo I've tried just adds another smell to smell rather than eliminate the pee smell), so any advice would be helpful. Though, if anyone's had this same incontinence problem and has a solution/advice for that, that would be even better.

Thank you!
