Bunny problem

Hey I thought I’d post here cause you guys would be the most knowledgeable about the subject, I’m having a problem with my bunny and I don’t know what to do. I got my bunny 6ish months ago from someone who found a bunch of baby domestic rabbits hopping around the apartment complex. I’ve had a rabbit before albeit a long time ago and I thought it’d be great, I had money and space and time if I budgeted it out enough. What I didn’t account for was my dog absolutely HATING him. She’s fine with the cats and the Guinea pig so I foolishly thought a rabbit would be no difference. I want to play with my rabbit but if I do I need to set up an entire cage around us and if I do that the dog will try to push the cage or jump over it. It I’m in a separate room she freaks out crying and barking, then my mom yells at me to pay attention to the dog since I got her first and she’s “more important” than my bun. I don’t know what to do but I know what’s going on is not right or healthy for the bun. He’s lonely, bored and even getting nippy and fearful, I’m regretting taking him in I just wish I’d known it’d be like this. He has a huge cage but it’s definitely less than what he should be getting. I looked at rescues but they are all full but I definitely don’t want to post him on Craigslist even as a last resort. What should I do guys?

(Also I have enough money to buy him good quality food, tons of toys and treats along with good hay and vet bills money is NOT the issue)
