Cat stopped pooping on floor finally

So I just want to share..

Our male cat took to pooping on the floor. I thought it was the litter so I changed it. Then I thought we needed more boxes so I added one. Nothing worked.. I assumed maybe the boxes were too small so I planned on converting a storage tub into a box..

Well in the meantime my fiancé brought home a puppy. Funny thing is since we got the puppy the cat started using the litter again.
