I purchased a Whistle 3 (AT&T) for a cat, but cell reception in general is pretty poor and it only lasts for ~12-18 hours instead of 7 days. A pawtrack (T-Mobile) won’t even connect and even my cell (Verizon) struggles.
I’m pretty tech savvy and can probably set up a long distance 2.4GHz WiFi network or possibly even a LoRaWAN.
Are there any recommendations? Mostly just want to keep a general idea of where he is in the neighborhood. Thanks.
