My dog is a maltipom and about 5lbs and loves to play outside and sometimes sit by herself. We want to let her out to play and pee freely but she will take up to an hour and is really stubborn with the leash on her. With no leash it's easier, we trained her to not run away from our yard most of the time but another problem is we have a lot of Hawks in our area along with vultures. Whats the best thing I can do to let my dog have some fun out in the sun without having to worry about anything messing with her? We are a little bellow middle class id say so I hope these options are to too costly thanks guys.
