My dog pissed in one of my bedrooms 1 time and I can’t get the smell to go away! Help!

I’ve tried multiple cleaners and nothing is working. It had to have been 24hrs if sitting there before I found it. Does anyone have a solution? It was carpet...brand new carpet.
