What is wrong with my dog?

My 6 year old female pitbull mix recently had exploratory surgery for a foreign body. Mind you she ate the foreign body because I refused to continue adding cooked ground turkey to her food. She decided to go on a 3 day long food strike and then eat part of a carpet. Now it has been 6 days since her surgery but only 3 since she’s been home. She refused to eat any of the vets food because she didn’t like it and was sent home not eating in hopes that I could get her to eat. She will only eat ground turkey and all attempts to get her to eat her regular food which prior to this incident she’s had zero problems with, have failed. This is RIDICULOUS she cannot physically heal from a surgery let alone live off of ground turkey for the rest of her life. She needs to eat her food but whenever I take the turkey away she throws a fit and starts destroying everything she can and then ends up internally bleeding and having a massive surgery which by the way cost me $7,000. Now she will not take her pills anymore and there isn’t an injectable form that the vet can give her. She won’t take her pills with pill pockets, cheese, any sort of canned dog food, peanut butter, or chicken. And unfortunately I cannot give her any amount of food until she takes her pills because if she violently vomits she will rupture her surgical wound. So what am I supposed to do? She clearly thinks she’s outsmarted me but all she is doing is hurting herself. She will not eat the food she has eaten for over a year, she will not eat any other form of dog food, she will not even eat rice, she will eat turkey and that’s it. Turkey lacks a lot of what she needs especially when she’s recovering from a massive surgery. I can not force feed her and even more unfortunate for her if she doesn’t eat her pills soon, I will be forced to take away every single blanket in her cage for fear that she will eat them out of anger. She is not an abused dog, she’s always been at a healthy weight and has been very active prior to the surgery. She always has food available twice a day but chooses not to eat it even when it’s something she’s eaten in the past. It is going to be life threatening if she doesn’t take her pills because her pills prevent her from getting a severe infection in the surgical site and they also prevent her stomach from becoming inflamed and they also prevent her from throwing up. I can not force them down her throat because she clamps down on my hand and crushes it whenever her mouth is forced open. She completely shuts down when she doesn’t get her way and she is going to literally kill herself by continuing to act this way. What the heck do I do!?
