Dog Peeing everywhere?

My father and I have a Jack Russel, corgi, Chihuahua mix. He's 3-4 years old. We've had him for 5 months at this point and recently he's had an issue where he's lifting his leg and peeing in the house. This is after he's gone a 30 minute to an hour walk, and peed 3-5 times. He's peed in the house not even an hour after we got back from a walk.

We took him to the vet recently and she said he had no bladder issues, and she couldn't explain why he's doing that. He does pee when he's scared/excited but the way he does his sacred pee is different. He's hunched down and curled up when he scare pees. When he's excited he's just standing there and pees

He's peed four times downstairs and once in the upstairs office, each time we've told him no, and put him in the crate for time out. Is there anything we can do? Like I said he goes on long walks, pees 3-5 times, and then not even an hour after we get back, he's pees in the house. It's in different spots and not just one place.

Anybody got advice on how to handle this?
