Got a 3-4 week old kitten from a shelter yesterday... need some advice.

We got "Daisy" (temp name until we see her personality) on Friday.

She is TINY... smaller than my hand. I'm assuming she was the runt because the shelter said when they received her, she was described as "abandoned and outside alone". I had a few questions and concerns! Please help.

She is small and skinny but she looks healthy. I can feel her bones/ribs when I pick her up. Is this normal for her age?

We got her kitten formula and have been feeding her that but she threw up a teaspoon-worth tonight before bed. Is that normal?

I crushed up some kitten kibble and she DEVOURED it around 2pm. She hasn't eaten since (4am now) except to drink some formula before throwing it up. Is it ok to feed her solid food that I crushed up to make easier to eat if she wants it?

She has a small scar on her face and her ear has a notch "eaten" out from the tip. I guess some kind of animal bit her or something. She also has brown junk in her ear that we cleaned out. We've wiped her down like a mama cat with pet wipes. Is there anything abnormal about that?

The first and second day we had her... her butt smelled funky. It's the SAME exact fishy weird smell that dogs anal glands secrete (my dog did it a few times when I was younger). Is this normal? Was she just nervous? The smell is basically gone now unless you put your nose directly into her rear.

We just want her to be OK... We are going to take her to the vet on Monday (closed on Sundays UGHHH...) to get her shots, check-up, and whatever she needs.

Should I try to get her to drink water? I tried and she's very not interested, lol.

Idk... she has a lot of energy, loves exploring and climbing. She hasn't eaten in a while which worries me. She DEMOLISHED that solid food at 2pm and its 4am now. She's only licked the food and drank a few sips of formula since. We bought her a heating pad a few hours ago and she's curled up on it as we speak. I heard that keeping kittens warm at this age is extremely important.

Sorry for info overload. I'm just worried :|. Thanks for the help.
