So I want to get a ring neck parrot, I know they are really talky birds and I'm willing to put the work in for them. My cornerns land with work. I work 8 hours a day and some overtime sometimes and I know ring necks (and birds in general) need attention so they stay in good mental health, and I know playing with them is important. Does anyone know how much they need attention? Could I let it out of its cage while I'm at work and not expect too much damage to my stuff? Is there any way I could keep it happy while I'm gone?
