Missing Cat With Medical Issues

I have a cat, he lives with my dad(my parents are separated). My dad lets him out at night even though I tell him not to (both out of concern for the cat and the wildlife) and he went missing about 2 weeks ago. He has a problem with his kidneys that he's had for years and we get him this special brand of wet food that a vet recommended.

What should we do? We've already had a cat disappear like this several years ago, I'm scared that this is gonna be the same situation, where we'll never be able to find them again.

The cat who recently went missing is a boy, his name his Cat, he's all black except for a tiny bit of white on his stomach, but it's unnoticeable unless he lays on his side, he has pale yellow-green eyes, and he's a bit temperamental, his nickname is "Cat-Scratch". He's neutered.

Also the cat who went missing years ago is a girl, her name is Rosie, she's a calico, she's got an all-white belly and legs and her markings are all down her back, sides, and head. She's got tabby-like stipes on her tail and a tiny black dot right next to her nose. SUPER sweet, but doesn't like to be picked up or for her belly being touched. She's spayed. Unlike Cat, Rosie has no medical issues.

My dad lives about an hour's drive away from Orlando, Florida, to give you an idea of location/area.

What should we do? I've just about given up hope for Rosie, but I haven't given up hope for Cat!

If anyone who reads this has seen any cats like either of them in the area I've described, please let me know!!!!!

Dead or alive, I at least want info on what happened to them!!!!!

POSSIBLE reward negotiable for their safe return, you'd have to talk to my dad about that.

Please help!!!!!!!
