I got a kitten in November and I think his kitten energy is too much for my other older (3yo) cat. She's started pooping in the bedroom and hallway, before she would only poop outside the litter box when the litter box wasn't clean enough for her. When he's not riled up they get along fine, eating near each other, sleeping on the couch, hanging out on the cat tree. Anything I can do to make things easier for her? I got one of those anti-stress diffusers, play with him to get his attention away from her, and sepaerate them when things get too intense. I didn't close the door all the way one time and she went into the room where I had tried to put him away, so I don't think she hates him. He just can't seem to take the hint when she doesn't want to play and chases her around the apartment. Any advice?
