My parents adopted a miniature poodle (2-3 years old) about 5 months ago and it has some biting issues. He won't usually bite my parents (although he has done so), but he does bite everyone else who tries to reach down and pet him. He also has a habit of getting people's attention, making puppy eyes, and then biting as soon as someone reaches down or touches him which I think is extremely strange for a dog to do. His previous home was supposedly not abusive, but we think he has anxiety or anger issues. Does anyone have advice for training him to not bite?
