Hi! I have a kitten who has..had? Ringworm? I got him when he was 5 weeks old and I've been treating it with antifungal baths and an ointment.
The vet I carried him by (11th January) said hes all cleared of the ringworm because she doesnt see anymore lesions. He looks great and everything but I am worried that he still has it in his system? In my country no one will do a culture test unless lesions are present... What should I do? Has anyone dealt with ringworm before in cats? I know I should trust the vet but I read that visual examinations alone arent enough to determine the ringworm is fully gone. I'm paranoid because I got it bad from him as well.
