Hey everyone, i adopted my cat 4 days ago, at first she was stressed but we got along pretty well and we were fine, she started eating and drinking and she chilled out, she had these 10-15 minutes a day where she got crazy and i had to play with her so she will calm down, today i noticed that she is going crazy again and she was just looking at me following me everywhere and mewing, when i tried going back to my room she hissed at me, her tail was going crazy, i tried playing with her but she didnt seem interested, i tried switching her food and the moment i got near her bowl she hissed at me and gave me a quick punch with her palm, i figured maybe she want to cuddle so i went to grab my blanket and this time she actually attacked me, she scratched the hell out of my arm and hissing me and im really hurt, im also kind of offended, ive been giving my heart out for her playing with her and just sitting next to her and now she attacked me for no reason, she is scratching the furniture and overall she seems angry and stressed, my mom want to kick her out and at this point im cant argue with her, she is scarring us both and we don't know what to do.
are there any causes for this? what do you suggest? i love her but when she attacks me like that for no reason its actually kind of heart breaking for me, its like we are back to our starting point :\
